Yes, any time. Log in to your account and changes appear on the QR page immediately. There is no reprinting required for digital updates — only if you want the cards reprinted to reflect a significant change.
The ICE QR page is intentionally public — emergency responders need access without barriers. Your account data, family information, and billing details are private and encrypted. We do not sell data to third parties.
We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, and Canada. More markets are being added — email us if your country is not listed.
We'll remind you well in advance by email. If your subscription lapses, the QR page becomes unavailable until renewed. Your account data is retained for 90 days after lapse, giving you time to reactivate without losing anything.
