Common questions

Does the emergency responder need an app or internet connection?

They need internet to load the QR page, but no app and no password. Any smartphone camera works — they simply point it at the QR code and tap the link that appears.

What if my loved one loses their card?

Replacement cards can be ordered any time for 29 including delivery. Email hello@eversafe.pro with "Replacement cards" in the subject and we'll reprint and courier a new set within a few days.

Can I update the information after setup?

Yes, any time. Log in to your account and changes appear on the QR page immediately. Reprinting cards is only necessary if you want the physical cards to reflect a significant change.

Is the medical information secure?

The ICE QR page is intentionally public — emergency responders need access without barriers. Your account data, family information, and billing details are private and encrypted. We do not sell data to third parties.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, and Canada. Email us if your country is not listed.

What happens if I don't renew?

We'll remind you well in advance by email. If your subscription lapses, the QR page becomes unavailable until renewed. Your account data is retained for 90 days, giving you time to reactivate without losing anything.
